Are in transit and have a problem with the indicator light. We just wanted to have it checked quickly to see what it could be. No employee/mechanic was called in at least once to explain it. We have never experienced such poor service from Audi.

I had a great experience with the Audi Center Potsdam. We worked with Mr. Schramm to purchase a used A6. Before we picked up the car, he and the mechanics made sure the car was in top condition. We are very happy with our purchase and can only recommend it.

Stay away from this car dealership, trouble is inevitable! The exhibition vehicle was auctioned off like it was at the bazaar before it was sold to me. As a result, the car dealership sold the vehicle at almost the list price. Only a discount of 3 percent was granted on the list price. The car salesman could then rub his hands in satisfaction and be happy about the good deal he had made with me. The vehicle, an Audi RS Q 3 Sportback, was initially offered to me in writing for a purchase price of 88,000 euros. Two days later, in another letter (see photo), the seller suddenly demanded 89,900 euros for the same vehicle. The price increase was justified by the fact that another prospective buyer would have offered an even higher purchase price. I was neither offered nor granted a test drive before purchasing the vehicle. In retrospect, I realized that the vehicle was not comfortable enough for my taste, which was mainly due to the chassis and seats. The offer for the trade-in of my used vehicle was around 10,000 euros below the usual market price. In addition, the delivery costs were billed to me in full, even though it was an exhibition vehicle. The handover of the new vehicle took around 15 minutes. Technical explanations were hardly given in such a short time. Instead, the seller insisted that I sign numerous documents afterwards so that he could confirm to Audi AG that he had fulfilled his pre-contractual information obligations when selling new vehicles and that this would not result in any liability problems for him. Among other things, it was assumed that I had test driven the vehicle, which was demonstrably not the case. All in all, a car dealership of the worst kind!!! Addendum: After publishing this review, I received a call from the sales manager at the Audi Center Potsdam. The gentleman in charge threatened me with legal action if I wasn't willing to remove the photographed letter from his seller, which was attached to my review. He didn't say a word of regret or apology to me about the incident itself.
